This TinyTapeout chip implements a transmitter for the wireless long-reach protocol called WSPR (weak signal propagation reporter) in the short wave frequency range (3 MHz to 30 MHz). Transmissions are done during 162 * 8192 / 12000 = 110.6s, starting at even minutes of UTC time.
