The Tempus Project was originally born from the need for a very simple to use and instal product that would serve as a basic foundation for PHP projects. TTP is a light weight and easy to use MVC based framework for rapid prototyping and deployment. It includes a suite of must haves for any project including a login/member system with permission support, BB/text editing codes, and a robust Template engine that makes building anything from scratch extremely easy.
