A folder for your world

Any location. iCloud Drive works for cross-device sync. We recommend ~/world as a symlink.

1

Install the plugin

claude plugin install walnut@lockinlab

12 skills. 12 hooks. Open source. Runs entirely on your machine.

2

Initialize your world

/walnut:world

The squirrel creates your ALIVE folder structure and sets up the system files. It asks your name, your goals, and what you're working on.

3

Create your first walnut

/walnut:create

Name it. Give it a goal. The squirrel scaffolds the five system files and you're working.

4

Work. The squirrel catches everything.

/walnut:save

Work normally. Decisions, tasks, and notes are stashed as you go. Save routes everything — log, tasks, state, insights. Next session, zero re-explanation.

5

Share seeds on walnut.world

Built something worth sharing? Package it as a seed pack and list it on the marketplace. Workflows, playbooks, research, skills — anything structured.
