This function returns the value of the specified Subscriber attribute or AMPscript variable.<\/p>\n

NOTE: The function is prefixed with an Attribute<\/code> object to retrieve Subscriber attributes (either Attribute Strings<\/a> or System Strings<\/a>) or a Variable<\/code> object to retrieve AMPscript variables. Prefixing AMPscript variables with an @<\/code> character is optional.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
