SuppTrack is available as an annual subscription to get unlimited access to all features in the app and may come with a 7-day free trial. This trial is only redeemable once. SuppTrack also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment to get unlimited access to all features in the app forever. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Apple ID account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your settings in the App Store after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. I know they asked if I have issues to please reach out before posting a negative review. I DID. Very poor customer support. Took a few days before they got back to me. Then I did what they told me to do and now everything I entered got wiped out. I emailed again and Three days later I still have heard nothing. I am cancelling this app. FYI what I was told: the app can not be open on iPad and iPhone at the same time so I should log out. I logged out of both and when I logged back in I was left with 2 supplements. I had entered over 20.
Asks for money without using the app

It doesn’t even let you try the app and asks for money after first run. Why on earth would someone pay money for an app that they don’t even know if works??? The developer is like “hey there’s a mystery box here but trust me it’s something good inside now give me $100”. Of course not.

After that, it’s $14.99/year (not $100), and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before the trial ends.We’d really appreciate another shot 🙏.
