Weak Notes 00
In an effort to blog more often, hello again fellow netizens.
I've always loved Sara's theme of "weak notes", as I've never been a big week notes person, so I will use her theme of "weak notes" since they are so irregular.
This week began what I like to call "my new year" because anything significant in my life always seems to happen in March. Whenever I started a fitness journey (my first one when I was 23 years old), it happens in March, and I don't know why. So here are weak notes 00 starting now.
Last March, I joined a local Crunch gym here in Michigan, and hired my personal trainer. Twenty pounds plus or minus a few since then, and I'm healthier and stronger than I've been in the last 5-6 years. I've written about my health before on my blog, but I don't really want it to stay on here, so deleted it. I think I'll mention it now and again though, since it's such a big part of me and my current struggle with getting rid of diabetes.
Since I don't want to always rant about things on my main blog here, I'm going to use my smol.pub space to keep a "tiny habits blog". Aka, whatever habit I'm focused on, I'll write about there, as to not clutter this website too much. It'll be longer lasting than Mastodon (that gets deleted every month), yet shorter than on this blog.
You can bookmark it here (it'll be boring, I promise), follow the RSS feeds, and since it's on smol.pub, you can read it on Gemini or Gopher. It's a dark themed site, in case that matters to your eyes tiny.binarydigit.net
