CleverLogger has NO ongoing costs for Cloud storage. We will keep your data available to you online for at least 12 months. After that, we may archive it, but it will always be available on request.

Additionally, there are no costs for software, apps or phone support. Your one-off purchase price covers the lot.

Exactly right. The Gateway is in contact with the server on the internet. If that connection is lost (e.g. if there is a power failure), the server sends out an alert email and, if you have the app on your phone, an alert on that as well.

Meanwhile, the Logger keeps on logging to its internal memory so there is no gap in the data when the internet connection to the Gateway is restored.
