It is the same field and format from it which was exported. Why cant I import it? Any work around it? It is important that the exact date and time is preserved.

I submitted a ticket via chat three weeks ago. I've requested support for our mobile timezone settings and related details, and I've followed up several times since, but the assigned representative appears unresponsive.

How can I submit a support ticket to receive meaningful assistance?

Update should update the "assigned to" field to use Trigger Value -> Current User.


Occasionally this works correctly, but 9 times out of 10 "SmartSuite Automation" ends up in the "Assigned To" field, instead of the user who clicked the button.

When exporting a SmartDoc field as PDF, the header shows:

“[Solution name] • single field”

And when exporting a full record:

“[Solution name] • single record”

👉 Is there any way to customize or remove this label?

I’m trying to use SmartDocs to generate client-ready deliverables (reports, summaries), and this header looks system-generated and not suitable for external documents.

In SmartSuite examples/videos, I sometimes see headers that look like table or record names instead of “single field”, so I’m wondering:

  • Is this configurable?

  • Or is it tied to the export mode (field vs record)?

SmartSuite has "My Work", where I can see my work. Is there an "All Work" feature that lets me see all work across all assignees, or an option to select employees and view their assigned tasks?

As a business owner, this is an important feature, I need to be able to view tasks (across solutions), on a global level.

If there is not an existing feature, can I get some insight into where this is on the Smartsuite roadmap, please?

My team name appears as an option when setting up the filter. But setting the team does not find the team members. It shows "no matches".

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Am I misunderstanding how the filter setting on assignment fields is supposed to work?

We are all aware the sub-item field type is in dev and thus has it's limitations but it's a great addition to the field type. At our company we use it to create inventory items. The fact that the UI is limited in layout once fields are created affects readability so we wrote a bit of code that can be copied and pasted into the Scripting Element of a Dashboard. Ill upload a quick video of how this works along with some code in a text file.
