Quick Start

Get your first RagLeap AI bot live in under 10 minutes.

Step 1 — Sign Up

Go to ragleap.com/accounts/signup/ and create your account. No credit card required — 7-day free trial starts immediately.

Step 2 — Add Your AI API Key

RagLeap uses your own API key — this keeps costs transparent and your data private.

  1. Go to Settings → AI Settings
  2. Enable Use Your Own API Key
  3. Choose your provider and paste your key
  4. Also add your Gemini embedding key (required for document uploads)
  5. Save

Which model should I use?

Recommended: gemini-2.5-flash — free, fast, 1M tokens/minute. Perfect for getting started. Get a free Gemini key at aistudio.google.com

For deeper analysis: use claude-opus-4-6 or gpt-4.1

Step 3 — Upload Your First Document

  1. Go to Documents → Upload
  2. Upload any PDF, Word doc, Excel, CSV, or paste a URL
  3. Wait 30–60 seconds for processing
  4. Your AI now knows your business

Step 4 — Verify Your Mobile Number

Required for AI Call Center and Manager AI via phone call.

  1. Go to Account → Mobile Number
  2. Enter your mobile with country code (e.g. +91XXXXXXXXXX)
  3. Click Send OTP — code sent to your email
  4. Enter code → verified

Step 5 — Test Manager AI

Open Manager AI (web or Telegram) and try:

What documents do I have?
Analyse my documents and tell me what my business does

If it replies correctly — your setup is working!

Step 6 — Set Up Customer Support

Tell Manager AI which channel you want: Set up customer support on WhatsApp

or Set up my AI call center

Manager AI will guide you through the setup automatically.
