Contrary to the 2-3 days processing time advertised and stated in their FAQs, over 40% of my orders were delayed, not being shipped for at least two weeks each time. Additionally, their shipping policy and timing promises fall flat. Even when packages are delivered later than the paid express shipping time, they maintain a rigid policy that dismisses any concerns unless the delivery exceeds 30 days. It’s clear they don’t prioritize their customers. If you have other options for your business, I strongly recommend avoiding Eprolo.
