Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you create. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to post the content and that it does not violate the rights of others.
Purchases and Monetization
Purchases made through the Service are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly collect or store your payment information (such as credit card numbers).
Website Shop (Tebex)
Purchases made through our website shop are processed by Tebex. When you make a purchase, you interact directly with Tebex's checkout system.
Tebex is the Merchant of Record: Tebex acts as the Merchant of Record for all shop transactions. This means your payment is processed by and your transaction is legally with Tebex.
Billing is handled by Tebex: By making a purchase through our shop, you agree to Tebex Checkout Terms of Service. Tebex collects your payment information directly, we never see or store it.
Refunds: Refund requests for shop purchases should be directed to us through the methods on our Contact Us page. Generally, we have a No Refunds policy. Please reach out and we'll handle your situation on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Receiving Benefits: If you make a purchase and don't receive your benefits, please try the "Refresh Purchases" button on your website profile. If that doesn't work, contact us for support.
Discord Subscriptions
Some subscriptions may be available through Discord's Paid Services.
Billing is handled by Discord: By making a purchase through Discord, you agree to Discord's Paid Services Terms. For billing issues or refunds related to Discord purchases, you must contact Discord directly, though we would also appreciate hearing from you.
General
Nature of Purchases: All purchases and subscriptions grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use specific digital content or features within the Service. You do not acquire ownership of any digital items, benefits, or features.
Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a payment through your bank or payment provider violates these terms. Doing so may result in the immediate termination of your account, revocation of all purchased benefits, and may result in a network-wide ban by Tebex from all stores using their platform.
We Can Revoke Benefits: We reserve the right to remove any benefits you've received, without a refund, if you violate our terms. We will provide notice if your benefits are changed or canceled.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
It's important to understand the limitations of our Service.
"AS IS" Service
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do our best, but we can't guarantee that the Service will always be perfect, secure, or available, or that it will meet all your needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us through the Service.
