FogSift is an engineering-adjacent consulting practice focused on supply chain solutions, advanced data collection and modeling, and a long-term mission to fix food security in underserved communities. We're looking for collaborators, partners, and builders who share that mission.

We believe everyone should have access to fresh, healthy, affordable food — regardless of where they live or what they earn. That's the end goal. It's going to take a long time and a lot of work.
Right now, FogSift operates as an engineering-adjacent consulting practice. We work on supply chain problems, data collection and interpretation, environmental modeling, food systems strategy, and early-stage engineering. We've consulted at the C-Suite level for major tech companies and across industries. We're self-taught and AI-supported, with years of custom LLM development behind us.
The longer arc: buy land, build a wildlife sanctuary, run open educational content on the FogSift YouTube channel covering environmental data and ecological modeling. The working name for that project is Johnny Autoseed.
To get there, we need income, grant funding, sponsors, or the right partnership. If you're aligned with any part of this and want to be involved — in any capacity — we want to hear from you.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Field Researchers
People who can collect data on the ground — soil, water, food systems, ecological conditions. Citizen scientists welcome.
Data Scientists
Modeling, simulation, interpretation. If you can turn messy field data into something useful, we're interested.
Engineers
Software, hardware, agricultural, environmental, logistics. Especially if you can bridge physical systems and data pipelines.
Farmers & Land People
People with land knowledge, growing experience, permaculture, or food forest expertise. The mission is practical, not theoretical.
Grant Writers & Policy
We need land. We need funding. If you know how to write grants, navigate conservation programs, or work policy channels, let's talk.
Sponsors & Partners
Organizations aligned with food security, supply chain innovation, or environmental stewardship who want to fund real work in the field.
