Problem

As we have tried to clarify AI usage, that section has grown. It’s good to capture attitude, but less optimal to easily see what’s acceptable and what’s not.

Suggested improvement

I propose to add a concrete list of examples like

• ✅ Navigate and understand the matplotlib codebase
• ✅ Get feedback on comments you want to post to issues or PRs
• ❌ Use LLM output for comments on issues or PRs
• ❌ Use LLMs to “polish” your pre-written comments
