Add posterior comments (empty line) after each 'call' instruction in function at cursor.

• Put IDA PRO >= 6.6 SDK in sdk folder
• Change Post-build command (destination folder for copy command to points to the right directory (IDA plugins folder)).
• Run plugin from menu or using hotkey F3.
