Currently, when using diploid genotype data with GWAS tab, errors are provided. This is due to some models not supporting diploid samples. A conditional needs to be added to have some models not used when ploidy = 2.

• Related to this, the dropdown menu in the Plot Controls box should only show the diploid supported models when ploidy=2.
• Only add support for additive model and 1-dom model for diploids
