Describe the bug
When changing text size in windows setting to max 225%, we expect the titlebar to resize and properly contain the text in the titlebar (mainly vertically).
Steps to reproduce
Build ControlzEx.ShowCase project in VS. This should launch the windowchrome behavior window. Go to Start menu, Settings -> Display -> Make text size bigger to 225%.
Expected behavior
We expect the titlebar text to be uncut and titlebar height to resize with the text size increase.
Actual behavior
Titlebar text is cut off and height does not resize.
