  1. Tester version of XML descriptions 

    Structures.rst links to a page for each xml file; each such page simly
embeds the data-definition with syntax highlighting.

  2. Better XML descriptions in docs 

    This version transforms the XML tree somewhat to drop code-helper
entries and standardies text and all three kinds of comments.  It then
pretty-prints each section, with a link target that could be used by
(eg) the Lua API docs.
