I create a new virtual environment exactly as your requirement.txt describes.But there is still a huge gap between the results of mine and those published on your paper.I believe that randomly removing edges can help to overcome the over-smoothing issue but I still want to get the precise parameters so that we can discover more in this field!Thanks a lot!
