Transfer documents & update student profiles (Esukhia → Sarah workspace)

HYPOTHESIS

We believe that [user]: systematically transferring academic and administrative documents from the Esukhia workspace to the Sarah Online School workspace, and updating student profiles accordingly
Need [function]: ensure continuity, data accuracy, and smooth operational transition
In order to [benefit]: fully establish Sarah Online School as an independent and functional system.
This will increase our North Star Metric by [number]: improving operational clarity, data ownership, and long-term scalability of the online school.

TEST

To verify that, we will:

• Identify and categorize all relevant documents (courses, materials, student records, admin files).
• Transfer documents from Esukhia Workspace to Sarah Workspace with correct ownership and access permissions.
• Verify file integrity (no missing, duplicated, or corrupted files).
• Update student profiles with correct course enrollment, records, and access links.
• Conduct internal checks with admin and academic teams.

METRIC

And measure:

1. Number/percentage of documents successfully transferred.
2. Number/percentage of student profiles updated and verified.
3. Number of issues identified during post-transfer checks (missing files, access errors).

CRITERIA

We are right if:

1. All essential documents are transferred and accessible in Sarah Workspace.
2. Student profiles are accurate, updated, and aligned with current courses.
3. Admin and teaching teams confirm that the system is ready for independent operation under Sarah Online School.
