I updated lapack-src to fix some issues in the build that spontaneously arose after an Arch Linux package update. However, the updated dependency failed to build openblas-src on edge with... uh... some error message that I didn't record and don't have time to reproduce atm. (Sorry.)

I worked around this on edge by making a new branch local to that machine and slipping an extra commit on top that downgrades lapack-src back to 0.3. This branch can be rebased onto master as rsp2 gets more commits.

Just creating this issue right now for anyone else (including future me) that runs into it so that they know the workaround.
