1. Definitions

1.1 "Software" refers to all source code, binaries, documentation, and associated materials of ThreadSafe.

1.2 "Demo Version" refers to the publicly available version marked as "Demo" or "Evaluation".

1.3 "Full Version" refers to the complete, commercially licensed version of the Software.

2. License Grant

2.1 Demo Version

- You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Demo Version

solely for evaluation, testing, or educational purposes.

- You may not redistribute, modify, or sell the Demo Version.

2.2 Full Version

- Access and use of the Full Version requires a valid commercial license from the copyright holder.

- Without a valid license, you are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using the Full Version.

3. Restrictions

- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

- You may not sublicense, rent, or lease the Software.

- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the copyright holder.

4. Intellectual Property

- The Software, including all code, documentation, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Fabian Wein.

- Use of the name "ThreadSafe" for derivative works or products is prohibited without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

- The Software is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

- The copyright holder shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.

6. Termination

- Any violation of this License will result in automatic termination of rights granted herein.

7. Governing Law

- This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
