There is no clear author/contributor list anywhere to be found. There is some in contrib.rst, but there are also wrong things there (URLs). Also, the original authors are listed prominently in index.rst, and I think we (J Barnoud, K Loopstra, L Ugen, M Melo, M Roelfs and P Kroon; is this list complete?) should be added there as editors/revisors.
