similar to #1585 and #1592

Is it possible to have the IFC Material name, the Blender Material name and ifcstyle name be all bidirectional?

That is, if you change the name of any 1 of those 3, the names off all of them will change.

Or at least a toggle, for a user to check on/off, if they'd like this automated connection.

Would be nice if either the ifcstyle or IFC Material name is over 64 characters, it just truncates the blender material name to 64 characters--since that's the character limit for Blender material names.

This would be a HUGE help in our BB to Revit detailing workflow.
