Assign container button in Project Overview tab assigns selected objects to the container that is selected in Spacial Decomposition section instead of the current default container. The tooltip for this tool says that the operation assigns the selected object to current default container.
If the intended workflow is as per tooltip, then logic needs modification. If the intended workflow is as per current implementation, it may be better to relocate the tool to the container list view.
