Hi,

I hit a problem when I used this calculate_4DTV_correction.pl script. The output cannot be shown, except for the headline. Here is the command I used:
perl calculate_4DTV_correction.pl test
tag 4dtv_corrected 4dtv_raw condon_4d codon_4dt

The test file is an AXT format as follows:
0 chr19 3001012 3001075 chr11 70568380 70568443 - 3500
TCAGCTCATAAATCACCTCCTGCCACAAGCCTGGCCTGGTCCCAGGAGAGTGTCCAGGCTCAGA
TCTGTTCATAAACCACCTGCCATGACAAGCCTGGCCTGTTCCCAAGACAATGTCCAGGCTCAGA

I have no clue about the problem, could you please help me out? Thank you!
