What is the status of this project in relation to MicroPython?
Did you contact Damien George (MicroPython creator)? Was permission sought for the use of the name?

There seem to be no references or credits to that project here (apart from a statement saying that it is "built with MicroPython"), and I'd like to know that the name is being used with a legitimate connection to the well-known, established, MicroPython project.
