Expected behavior

The Wither's health decreases normally when attacked, and the health display also changes accordingly.

The Wither's health decreases normally when attacked, but the health display does not change.

Steps/models to reproduce

Player A is on Server A, and Player B is on Server B. The issue occurs when Player A is in a map area loaded by Server B, while the Wither is also present in the map area loaded by Server B.
