After telemetry is restored to a station that has been offline for a while, the software begins to download data from that spectrometer and does not connect to other stations until all data is downloaded. This is a problem. Software should not spend more than 5 minutes (or perhaps some user defined time) at one station before retrieving data.

There may also be a need for further discussion on what order to get the data in. Most agree that the most recent data should be pulled first, though some provided reasons for getting older data first.
