When creating a new configuration file, the tag defaults to 0. These days, using the Moxa version of the computer, this value should be one. The value should default to 1 for new config files. It should also be configurable through Configuration Settings -> Scanning Instrument tab -> Info tab. Older computers will require value of 0. Options and corresponding values should be:

AXIS=0
MANNE=0
