The timeout for FTP connections to instrument was previously set to 30 minutes and reduced to 1 minute as it is better to cancel a download during poor connectivity and retry when connectivity improves. However, while 30 minutes seem excessive, 1 minute may not be enough for really slow connections. File sizes are approx ~250kb so even at 1kb/s shouldn't take more than 5 min. Still it would be better if user can configure this based on typical transfer rate.
