I have a bunch of tags that I want to see if they have items, but if they don't have items, I don't want to see them at all -- it's just clutter. I would like to request a switch setting under the blank where I specify the tags:

I am most interested in this for tags, but I guess this could be a global setting to hide any setting with no items.
Especially if we have an "add task to anywhere" button then you don't really need the rows to be there at all. Thoughts?
