Fix bug introduced by 14d4a35; actually remove 'd3d/' from sig paths
Bug caused all shots to be omitted during preprocessing due to missing
0D signal paths
Remove unused data/jet_signals.py, data/d3d_signals.py. Haven't really
been touched since April 2017 and appear to be dead code since @jnkh
introduced the Signals() class and signals.py1 parent 51da490 commit f3951ef
