This sample shows how to easily build an "AppService" that can communicate with other UWP applications. In this case the "BlinkyService" controls access to Gpio Pin 5 and allows other apps to request a particular value for that pin. This is a very common pattern used when multiple consumers on a machine want to have access to shared resources like hardware. 

To run this sample first run the server and then the client. However, as long as the server is deployed to machine, running the client will cause it to automatically activate .
