想了解一下公平抽取的权重是怎么计算的，还有那个抽取之后的屏蔽是否是硬屏蔽。因为我发现在快速抽取中即使打开了屏蔽，设置为几分钟，也会出现重复的情况，甚至出现逾越最高次数限制（比如设置同一个人最多抽2次有人能一轮抽到3次）、两次抽取完全一样的人、后3次与前3次抽取人员一致等极端情况，是不是没来得及算权重？我频率惩罚和时间因子都开得很高了，没开小组和性别公平抽取
