The West Virginia scanner posted an alert at 3:40 PM EST. The alert had repeated itself multiple times and was also all in caps. I'm not sure if it was a scanner issue, or a discord bot issue. The bot usually doesn't post one alert repeatedly, unless there was a change in the alter after a period of time.
