Motivation / Current Behaviour

• Currently, the exceptions checked in check_constraints() of the ide-secir model in model.h are not covered by tests
• In the function check_constraints() in parameters.h is also one exception uncovered.

Enhancement description

• Write a test for check_constraints() function of model.h
• improve the existing test for the check_constraints() function in parameters
