The CLI is not giving the possibility to set the location where the outputs of somef will be generated.
This can be inconviant especially when running different analysis as all the somef files will be stored in the same folder and then used in the rsmetacheck pitfalls folder.
Can you expose the output_dir when running somef ?
You can keep the default to somef_outputs as before but allowing people to use the location they want.
