We encountered an issue with the docs. Since update of some parts of the builder of read the docs was updated - all the bullet points disappeared from the documentation.

This was fixed for latest by setting specific versions to some libraries used for the build in requirements.txt

=> if older versions of documentation would be rebuild now with no change, they would get the same error.
==> to be sure and to not to forget it for the next time **change the requirements.txt the same way as in #265 *
