Include a requirement in the ask contract that ensures the bountyhunter must deposit some amount of ETH (and LINK), to ensure the costs of evaluating the submitted bountyhunter solution is covered (in case the bounty hunter solution is invalid). This is to prevent rational agents from draining unnecessary resources. Additionally, the deposit can function as shield against abuse of the CI, by setting a deposit requirement that is larger than the largest costs of CI running, based on the CI runner timeout limit.
