This directory contains the files for PET image reconstruction using STIR.
OSEM.par: Example STIR OSEM reconstruction parameter file. The file uses environment variables.
ExampleOSEM.sh: An example script that exports the required enviroment variables for image reconstruction usingOSEM.par.
