Describe the bug
We run a third party app to track USPS packages. Beginning April 1, 2026 we were effectively cut off from tracking packages for USPS customers. We understand that USPS customers can manually authorize our app (we have opened a separate issue since the method you currently have is inefficient for multiple customers). However, if a USPS customer generates labels on Amazon or some other platform neither of us control we are unable to generate that authorization link since the tracking number is "owned" by Amazon and not the customer that wants to track it in our app. How do we get around that?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Generate label in Amazon
- We don't have a way to contact Amazon to send them the authorization link
- Customer is unable to track their packages via our app.
Expected behavior
A customer should be able to track their packages no matter what platform they generate their labels on.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
All platforms. Using Chrome.
