You seem to be doing a Windows build of core in AppVeyor, which is great. Would it be possible to set up a Windows build of the CLI too? I was gearing up to send a PR for safer file replace as discussed earlier and that would work differently on Windows due to differences between the Windows and Unix file system APIs.
