  1. fix: use Start-Process -Wait so msiexec fully completes before script…

& msiexec in PowerShell returns immediately because msiexec spawns a 64-bit
host process. Start-Process -Wait blocks until all child processes finish,
ensuring PuTTY is actually installed before the receipt is written.
