I created documentation for the new Otto integration features.

It's not complete yet, but I think it is a good start for a preliminary review.
Could you check that @subscribe and @produce are listing the correct container classes?

It differs from the cleanAndroidCode: it does not include Dagger.

A demo is also available.
I tested it with Android 4.4 and 2.3.7.
