As Agent Skills are now published in the dedicated angular/skills repo, GitHub exposes the CoC as there is no related Readme.md file in the project.

Creating one in the dev-skills folder (then meant to be published) would be great to explain the repo purpose and on how to install the Agent skills for beginners.
