If you're rewatching a show, the service might resume playing towards the end of the episode where you left last time. If there's a credits timestamp or something near the end that is setup to be skipped and it resumes right before that, this can lead to you flying through episodes if you're not paying attention.

So let's add a setting, called "restartFromBeginning" that will restart the player from the beginning of the episode after the video loads for the first time.
