When reverting an instance snapshot on a Dell Powerflex 4.8.00 as primary storage a error message "Bad API Request" is shown.

There was a change in the PowerFlex API version 4.5:

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. create an instance snapshot on PowerFlex as primary storage
2. click "Reverte to Instance Snapshot"
3. Error message "Bad API Request" pops up
