Description

This plugin seems to be completely non-functional for me. I do not get popup type info, errors, outlines, or any other IDE features. There are no errors reported. I'm on MacOS X working on a DotNetCore 3.1 app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Atom in a DotNetCore project, or open a project folder containing a dotnetcore app.

Expected behavior:

IDE features (errors, outline, tooltips) should be available

Actual behavior:

Nothing happens. The tooltip window appears, but is blank.
