Request

Two feature requests for shelley client:

1. Include conversation cwd in list output - Show the current working directory for each conversation when listing them
2. Add model display name to internal name mapping - Provide a way to map from model display names to internal names so users don't have to wade through custom model names. Ideally, the -model flag should also accept display names in addition to internal names.

Context

This would improve the usability of the shelley client when working with multiple conversations and models.
