Description

Queued messages remain queued but become uncancellable when the agent is stopped. The cancel button is unresponsive in this state. Additionally, it's unclear whether the message was actually sent or not.

Reported Behavior

• Queued messages cannot be cancelled after stopping the agent
• Cancel button is non-functional/unresponsive
• Uncertain if messages in this state were actually sent to the API
